This is an anniversary cake I did for my aunt Sharon and uncle Mike for their 40th Ann. (Seems like I make a lot of 40th cakes) I love the log look but a little bit more modern, with their initials in the log.
Since I got to see this one in person I can just tell everyone how WONDERFUL & delicious it was. To this day I crave that lemon poppy seed with vanilla frosting.
